Campion Willcocks awarded SiR accreditation

Campion Willcocks is proud to announce that it has been awarded the recently introduced Standards in Recruitment accreditation (SiR), whose recognition of the importance of quality matches the company’s guiding ethos.

The independent SiR accreditation scheme, which was set up in 2014, is a universal, non-sector specific quality standard for conducting recruitment business. The ‘standards in recruitment’ scheme has been devised and organised by an independent recruitment industry stakeholder group, and operates on principles of transparency, relevance, impartiality, consensus, legality and value.

Neil Jowitt, director and company secretary of Campion Willcocks said: “This is an important accreditation for the industry because it recognises the commitment to achieving excellence in all areas of the business. We are proud to lead the way as the first financial services and public sector provider to gain SiR.”

For recruitment businesses, SiR both demonstrates excellence and drives performance. For hirers and candidates, meanwhile, it provides a quick and easy tool when deciding which recruiters to work with.

Steven Watson, Campion Willcocks compliance manager, said: “We found the SiR audit process thought provoking, examining how we operate with the constant focus on delivered quality.

“The SiR standards go the extra mile – they quite simply underpin and reinforce our compliance.”

Alistair Singleton, managing director of the accrediting company, The SiR Standards Ltd, added “Being recognised as the independent mark of excellence and quality assurance, I am delighted that SiR supports Campion Willcocks credentials as a premier organisation with a trusted and fully compliant approach.”
